Uab Nome is a fairly large region, but most of its locations are located on the coast. There's only one viewpoint, so getting around can be a bit of a hassle.
Quest: Bad Faith
Suggested: Lv29
Reward: 3000XP, Legendary Scepter
After finishing Sobek's Tears and The Jaws of Sobek, return to Padiaset so you can start removing the problem behind Krokodilopolis' Temple of Sobek, otherwise known as Sehetep. Since this quest can be started at the end of either of the previously mentioned quests, this one is marked on both this page and the page for Faiyum Oasis.
Padiaset will have survived an attack caused by Sehetep, and will tell you where the man is probably in hiding. Travel to the Temple of Sobek and kill him, then report it to Padiaset to finish the quest.
Quest: Seven Farmers
Suggested: Lv30
Reward: 3750XP, Rare Predator Bow
A small group of farmers is being attacked by bandits constantly. Bayek will offer his assistance in the matter. Follow the girl named Rai towards the viewpoint, then jump back down to her fellow farmers. Bayek will suggest using traps; set them up if you want, but you don't have to. You might want to look into it if you're underleveled though.
Kill them when they attack, and then get some information about their leader to the southeast. Once you find some paper on him, track him down to the Tomb of Smenkhkare in Haueris Nome. If you've already been here, then it should be easy to backtrack towards the ancient tablet. If not, then you should know that the lift puzzle requires you to stand on them until they sink; when they do, quickly climb further into the room using the other lift, which will start to sink since you're not not on the opposing one anymore. You'll have to be quick about it. When you kill the leader, you'll get the pieces necessary to fix Rai's bow and will earn an achievement for finishing this specific quest.
Location: Arsinoites Quarry Hideout
Location: East of the Tomb of the Cynic and directly south of Krokodilopolis, which is in Faiyum Oasis.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Kill Commander, Loot Treasure (x2)
Take your time to scope out the area before heading in. It might be a good idea to take care of the lower half of the quarry first, since most of your objectives are down there anyway and whoever is above you probably won't be disturbed by whatever you do.
Location: Camp of Qetesh & Resheph
Location: At the southern border of the region.
Objectives: Kill Elephant
There are actually two elephants here. That's the catch this time. Although it seems pretty daunting, the elephants tend to stay away from each other since they're so big. Focus on one of them and keep going until it's dead, then hone in on the other until it dies. You'll only get one skill point for killing two elephants, which I think is a slimy tradeoff for your efforts. On the bright side, you do get an achievement for finishing this specific location.
Location: Dioryx Megale Wharf
Location: Northwest of the viewpoint, on the coast.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
For an easy completion, sneak underneath the backside of the captain's tent and you'll be done with the wharf in no time.
Location: Hippopotamus Lair
Location: At the northwest tip of the region.
Objectives: Kill Animal
The usual animal lair. Firing at the hippos from above seems to work pretty well here.

Location: North of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Animal
Another hippo lair. If you don't need any more hard leather, just kill it and call your mount to get out of there before the other hippos chase you down.
Location: Horus Stone Circle
Location: Next to the viewpoint.
Objectives: Align the Stars
A stone circle, easy to complete.
Location: Hyena Lair
Location: West of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Animal
Your typical animal lair. You should know how these work by now.
Location: Leopard Lair
Location: East of The Scales Stone Circle and south of the tip of Haueris Nome.
Objectives: Kill Animal
Your typical animal lair. You should know how these work by now.
Location: Overwatch Tower
Location: At the northwest tip of the region.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
A single watchtower, protected by only two enemies. Can't be too hard to kill just two guys, right?
Location: Ravaged Outpost
Location: To the west, just a few hundred meters off the coast. It'd be the southwest corner of the region if it weren't for all the useless desert to the south.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The only foes here are some hyenas that, if you're fortunate enough, you haven't had to fight for a long time. They're sitting with the treasure at the top of the outpost.
Location: Senehem Depths
Location: Southeast of the viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This place is related to the Seven Farmers quest, which is directly related to an achievement. You may as well get up to the point where you have to come here first.
Location: The Scales Stone Circle
Location: East of Senehem Depths
Objectives: Align the Stars
A stone circle, easy to complete.
Location: Tomb of the Cynic
Location: East of the Ravaged Outpost.
Objectives: Find the Ancient Tablet
I wouldn't call this much of a tomb, more of a lion's den with an ancient tablet at the end. But maybe that's why the tomb has its name.
Location: Trireme Stranding Camp
Location: On the west coast of the region.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
This place is related to The Jaws of Sobek quest, from Faiyum Oasis. It's not too bad, just slide under the captain's tent and kill him when he finally stands up.
