Thebes is pretty small, so if you're planning on doing everything in the region you'll be done fairly quickly.
Quest: Master of the Secret Things

A woman who's meant to understand dreams cannot understand one of her own. The interpreter above her has been taken to Luxor, a large stronghold nearby. Rescue him from his imprisonment and talk to him. He'll express his worries about Miane, as her brother stole his scrolls. Investigate the farm Miane and her brother were raised on to learn that her brother was killed, and the dream texts were taken by bandits. Hunt down said bandits, take the scrolls back, and return them to the dream interpreters to end the quest.
Quest: The Theban Triad
Suggested: Lv44
Reward: 7500XP
A priestess at the Temple of Karnak says that some have stolen from the temple. Investigate the scene and you'll find the injured thief, who will mention a robed man at the market. Track down the robed man and kill him to learn the general locations of three stolen statues. Retrieve all of them and bring them back to the priestess to end the quest.
Location: Eastern Gate Guard Post
Location: East of the northern viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This outpost is so loosely guarded that you can grab the treasure without being seen by anyone if you're given the right opportunity.
Location: Luxor
Location: West of the southern viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Captain (x2), Kill Commander, Loot Treasure (x4)
Save yourself the trouble of coming here twice and start the quest Master of the Secret Things before coming here. One of the treasures is underground in a treasure room to the south. Coming here at night makes things a lot easier, as many enemies will go to sleep and will become vulnerable to assassination.
Location: Seized Warehouse
Location: In the middle of Thebes.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This small building is guarded by only three soldiers. Take out whichever ones get in your way of getting the treasure in the corner.
Location: Ship Graveyard
Location: In the water, west of the Temple of Karnak.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
An underwater location, easy to complete.
Location: Southern Guard Post
Location: Near the southern border.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
A guard post with about four soldiers inside. Pretty easy to complete.
Location: Temple of Karnak
Location: At the northern border of the region.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x3)
Two of the treasures here are easy to get, but one is underground. To get to this one, you need to go down the stairs past where the high priestess will be during the early story.
Location: Theban Archive
Location: At the northern viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
You'll come here during the story. The treasures aren't too out of the way.
Location: Theban Dock Guard Post
Location: On the coast.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The treasure is in a loosely-guarded building. It won't take long to get it.
Location: Thebes Garrison
Location: West of the northern viewpoint, on the coast.
Objectives; Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
If the captain is at his desk, you should be able to whistle and get him over to the grass.
Location: Tychon's Villa
Location: Near the southern viewpoint.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
You'll be coming here during the story. Both treasures are inside the villa.
