Kanopos Nome is just a bit bigger than Alexandria, which makes things harder to get to due to being spread out, especially spanning multiple islands.
Quest: Blue Hooligans
Suggested: Lv12
Reward: 1000XP
A big fan of the late Icarus, hero of the Hippodrome, has had her son killed by members of the opposing faction of the arena. They've also stolen a bust of Icarus to make things even more painful. She's very worried about her remaining son, who's been captured by the blue attackers and desperately asks you to find him and return him home. Kill them, and he'll ask you to retrieve the bust, which will be lying in the water to the north. Bringing the bust back to the grieving mother will end the quest.
Quest: Old Times
Suggested: Lv12
Reward: 1000XP
One of Bayek's old friends is out in front of the Hippodrome, and after talking to him, he'll ask you to meet up with him in the tavern in the city of Kanopos. Once you talk to him there, though, Bayek won't take his light talk very well. He'll drink quite a bit before Claridas decides to show him something. Claridas seems to have abandoned everything that made the two friends in the first place. After a little more arguing, you'll have to engage in a fistfight against him. The two will wake up and talk more smack before the quest ends.
Quest: The Hungry River
Suggested: Lv14
Reward: 1500XP
Some bandits have annoyed a group of hippos, which have in turn killed a farmer's friends and have settled in his fields. Just take all of the four bodies in the fields, and as you do so, you'll hear the farmer and his one surviving family member ask where Meketre is. Bayek ask who he is, and it turns out that Meketre was the farm's bodyguard. If he's not among the dead, then he must have been captured by the bandits that disrupted in the hippos, the Hungry Great Ones. They're hiding in the Potamus Hideout (hopefully you see where this is going) in Sap-Meh Nome, to the south.
Free Meketre and help him out of the camp so you can talk to him freely. He'll then ask for your help in defeating all the bandits in his village to stop this madness once and for all.
Quest: The Weasel
Suggested: Lv14
Reward: 1000XP
The steward of Apollodorus's estate has a bit of a problem. His servant is taking too long to get a simple letter from a pigeon tower, so he'll ask Bayek to get it instead. But, when you get to the tower, there'll be a bit of investigating to do. After finding out what happened, take what you've found back to the steward, who will then direct you towards the master of arms for the estate. After confessing for the situation, he'll attack you. It'll be a fight to the death with a Lv14 opponent, so be ready for it. Talk to the steward when the fight is over to finish the quest.
Quest: Wild Ride
Suggested: Lv12
Reward: 1000XP, Mount
Nikias, a young man who suggested Bayek join his team for the Hippodrome, will introduce him to his father at the start of this quest. To show what he's made of, Bayek will have to use the chariot here around a small course. When you get back, some bandits will have taken off with the team's favorite horse. Track them down with fellow green members and bring it back from the bandit camp to the north to finish the quest.
Location: Als Hideout
Location: On the island to the northeast.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
This is a fairly guarded camp. If you can help it, try to shoot some of these enemies out with arrows, or even sleep darts if you have them, before trying to fight everyone at once.
Location: Aristoteles Shrine
Location: On the coast, to the northwest.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
The treasure here is located at the top of the intact archway in the pillar ruins. Just climb up and it's yours for the taking.
Location: Camp Menouthis
Location: On the east coast of the region, directly east of the southernmost viewpoint.
Objectives: Kill Captain, Loot Treasure
This camp isn't as well-protected as it could be, making a sneak attack on the captain an easy feat. The treasure is around the center of the camp, and is easy to get to once the captain has been taken care of.
Location: Crocodile Lair
Location: At the southeast corner of the region.
Objectives: Kill Animal
The alpha crocodile here will be somewhere around Lv14, so get yourself ready for a fight when you want to hunt it down.
Location: East Mediterranean Trireme
Location: Sailing around a small island in the seas north of the city of Alexandria. It can also appear in the northern seas of Kanopos Nome.
Objectives: Kill Captain
If you're around Lv9, you might have some trouble with killing the captain here, as the trireme has five men on it. If you have the patience, it's a good idea to wait until you're a higher level, OR you can try setting the ship on fire. It's up to you.
Location: Hamew Hut
Location: On the coast of the lake to the southwest.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This treasure isn't actually on the docks; it's underwater, being guarded by some crocodiles.
Location: Heket Beer Cache
Location: In the lake to the southwest.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x2)
Another simple underwater location. Just dive down and get the treasures.
Location: Hippodrome
Location: It's its own fast travel point.
This place isn't a normal location, but Hippodrome races do have achievements tied to them. The first one is easy, which is for winning your first tournament, the Nike's Winged Victory tournament. There are three races in a tournament that increase in difficulty, so naturally you'll want to do as well as you can in the first two races. There's no shame in trying the tutorial race either, just to learn how things work. For winning all four tournaments, you'll get a special mount for use around Egypt, but you don't have to get it if you don't want to.
There's another achievement for destroying an opponent's chariot, which is done by charging when behind an opponent or by pressing it when next to them. You need to land the final blow for the achievement to pop. You can also destroy a chariot by drifting into them around a corner, but this only happens sometimes.
Location: Kheruef's Shelter
Location: Directly east of the city of Kanopos.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
You might come across a bandit/hippo fight when you get here for the first time, making it a three-for-all in terms of teams. Either ignore them or fight them all, and enter the small hut on the coast to find the treasure.
Location: Menelaite Trireme
Location: On the shoreline north of the city of Kanopos.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This treasure is in a ship to the east. You'll have to come here during a story quest, so you might want to just hold this location off until then.
Location: Requisitioned Tavern
Location: At the city of Kanopos.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
This location is easy to complete. Just head up the stairs of the building that the treasure is in, fight off a few guards, and take the loot.
Location: Shrine of Serapis
Location: On the island to the northeast.
Objectives: Loot Treasure
There's a small cave south of the shrine that you can use to get to the treasure.
Location: Sunken Temple of Sarapeion
Location: In the lake east of the city of Kanopos.
Objectives: Loot Treasure (x3)
These treasures pose no challenge to find. It's even easier to get them due to the lake being very shallow.
Location: Zephyros Stables
Location: East of the Hippodrome.
Objectives: Find the nearby hidden Papyrus
This scroll is unusually far from where the marker is on the map. Check south of it to find the scroll in a small building. The puzzle is called Dead End.
