The Land of Turquoise

Suggested: Lv38

Reward: ---

When you arrive in Klysma Quarry, look for the Hidden Ones' Bureau. You can find it most easily by getting to the viewpoint, which you should be doing anyway. To get inside, however, you need to find a small entrance just a few meters northeast of the viewpoint on ground level. Meet up with Tahira, who will introduce you to Gamilat, the local rebel leader. Bayek will offer to help the rebel situation by killing the opposition's three lieutenants in Sinai. Upon finishing business here, Gamilat will sound a bit off when he states that he and the people are one in the same.

After this, some side quests will open up in Klysma Nome, and two strong foes will appear on the map: The Shadow of the North and The Shadow of the South. Take them on with caution if you wish to do so. You can start with any of Rufio's three lieutenants in whichever order you please, but they'll be listed here in the order of their suggested level.

Where the Slaves Die

Suggested: Lv39

Reward: 22500XP

Meet up with Tahira and get ready to assassinate Tacito, the man responsible for most of the slaves' troubles in the region. Due to the area's layout, you'll probably have to take out a majority of the other enemies here. There aren't any tricky moves the enemies here will do either, so it should be pretty straight-forward. After Tacito is dead, however, Tahira will suggest killing everyone at the quarry to strengthen the rebellion in the region. After fighting alongside several rebels, talk to the captain to end the quest.

The Walls of the Ruler

Suggested: Lv41

Reward: 15000XP, Legendary Hunter Bow

Maqwat, preparing to take down Ampelius, is at Paratiritirio, an old watchtower northeast of Madiama Nome's northern viewpoint. Scan the entire citadel first; Senu won't be able to directly identify Ampelius, but it's always good to know where every enemy is. You'll only be able to figure out who he is when you're ridiculously close to him. While you're here, you may as well complete the fortress since you have to for an achievement. The quest ends when Ampelius is dead.

The Setting Sun

Suggested: Lv43

Reward: 15000XP

Speak with Gamilat outside a pyramid being deconstructed to learn more about the man taking it down, Ptahmose. Sneak to the south side of the pyramid with him to get inside. Once you reach the interior, Gamilat will become a bit too angry, but he'll find a secret passageway in the process. Gamilat can't climb very well, so you'll have to get to the top of the room and take a white block down to the highest platform. Place it down and continue to stand on it so Gamilat can take your place, then take the block over to the lower platform. Two circular weights lie around the lower platform's new height; put them on there as well to bring Gamilat to the top.

After this is a hall with a few snakes inside, followed by another lift room. This one will be real easy, and doesn't require any heavy thinking. Just move a large object off of the lower platform and move another onto the higher one. After this is a bandit hideout in which you need to kill everyone to allow Gamilat to escape. He'll give you the scroll he found in the pyramid, starting a side quest.

Now that you two have escaped the pyramid that you entered for no great reason, Ptahmose can be found in a camp north of Arsinoe. Kill him to finish the quest.

No Chains Too Thick

Suggested: Lv43

Reward: 10000XP

After killing all three lieutenants, fast travel back to the bureau to debrief. Romans will smoke the Hidden Ones out during the talk, though, and will kidnap Bayek. Amunet of all people will come to rescue him from his fate so they can rescue the fellow members of the Sinai Bureau from Fort Clostra. Out of the two, Tahira will have suffered great burns across her body. She'll need to be carried out of the fort.

Ride with Amunet, Kashta, and Tahira towards Amunet's camp in the mountains, where Tahira will give her last breath. Amunet and Bayek will set off for Rufio as Kashta gives Tahira a proper burial.

Sic Semper Tyrannis

Suggested: Lv45

Reward: 15000XP

Follow Amunet to Arsinoe and stop the soldiers there from continuing their massacre of the village. Once it's stopped, sail or swim to the farthest ship in his armada and quickly cut him down as fast as you can. Confirm the kill to avoid having to fight the entire fleet.

The Greater Good

Suggested: Lv45

Reward: 15000XP, Legendary Light Bow

Amunet will express her concerns about Gamilat, who's been using his rebels to intentionally bring himself to a high power among the people. Ride with her to the rebel camp and speak to someone at the top of the stairs to learn Gamilat's whereabouts. Have a word with him to provoke a fight after the two of you fail to see eye-to-eye.

He uses a lot of fire-based attacks; even his sword is on fire. When you eventually get knocked off the initial platform, swim to a nearby crossbow and fire at him while he fires at you. After enough time, he'll come after you instead of using the crossbow. Using overpower attacks is incredibly useful against him, so don't be stingy with them.

Once Gamilat falls, you'll be granted some more important cutscenes before getting another achievement.
