In the "Old World" you can upgrade your citizens from "Farmer" to "Worker", and in the construction tab under "Worker" section you have "Small harbour" buildings. You need Sailing Shipyard, and there you can build Schooners, build five, sail them to Archibald's island, and you can sell them there and achievement completed.
