This can be gained on DOOM E1M3
  1. You should gain this one naturally as you play, but otherwise start the mission, quick save and pickup the shotgun
  2. Go through and lure the enemies nearby to the nearest barrel by having them follow you
  3. When they are both in range of the barrel shoot it to kill them both and gain this achievement, don't worry about damaging yourself
  4. Simply reload your save if you fail and try again
