To get this achievement you need to defeat the Queen Bee boss once or twice, depending on RNG, to get both the Bee gun and the honey comb required to make the bee armor. Bee armor then can be crafted at an anvil (12 for chest plate, 10 for grieves, and 8 for helmet). simply equip the bee armor set and fire the bee gun to get the achievement. (NOTE: The Queen Bee also drops bee clothes which are not tied to the achievement whatsoever).
