Find The "Book Of Revelations" On The First Floor, And Use It To Spawn A Horsemen As Your Boss.
- If He Drops Ball Of Bandages, Continue - Making Sure To Do The Same For The Next 3-4 Floors.
- If You See A "Cube Of Meat" Drop, Ball Of Bandages Will Not Drop This Run, They Replace Each Other In The Item Pool.

A Much Easier Way To Do This

This Strategy Can Only Be Done In Repentance. (Last DLC)
- "Ball Of Bandages Added To The Greed Shop Item Pool" Was In The Patch Notes For This DLC. You Can Not Find It In Greed Mode Before This.

Pick Lilith And Keep Rerolling (Hold R Key) Until Ball Of Bandages Shows Up For Sale In The Shop.
- Play The First Floor Normally.
- Buy The Ball Of Bandages And Head Down To The Second Floor.

Start The Greed Mode Waves By Pressing The Button, And Dont Leave The Room.
- Use Lilith's Active Item To Duplicate All Your Familiars, Including Ball Of Bandages.
- You Can Use Her Active Item Every Three Waves.
- Using The Active Item Three Times Before You Leave The Room, Will Net You This Achievement.
- A Fully Charged Active Item At The Start Of The Floor Will Give You 4-5 Chances To Use It.
