On the Medical Level - at the bottom of the map, is a long corridor with several doors and a Dermal Patch Vending Machine. Go through the door farthest/eastest from the Vending Machine. Before you get to the big room with the table there is an alcove with a Drone in, click at the back of this alcove to open a secret room.
