This one is relatively straight forward but you will need to be quick and requires another player to join you.
When you encounter a monster keep out of sight, once your friend gets caught stay out of sight until the monster backs off so you can then run in and revive your friend before their timer runs out and they die. It can be a little tricky without getting caught yourself but if you play it a fair bit then you should naturally get this anyway.
