Here's an easy way to do this:

Start the timer, run to the safe, run out of the safe's zone and head back to the beginning. Now, wait for the timer to go down (so don't open the door), press the escape button, and escape. Done.
BlazeStormStill works in 2023. You just gotta know you gotta survive for 5 minutes before you can escape, so better rely on those AI teammates.
