Saw this suggested on another forum and thought I would add it here.
Make a custom level on Lab 1. Set your starting height to like half way and all your jumping stats to max. The camera is located in a corner above a tall cabinet. Next to that cabinet is a board. Pick that up and balance it on top of the machine on the counter to make a ramp to the top of the cabinet. Once on top of the cabinet wait till you are short enough to fit under the camera and then jump to slam yourself into the camera.
It can take a few tries but you can destroy the camera this way.
Bonus: This is also a good time to get the Pick Up achievement for this Lab as one of the blue pick up orbs is under the camera. The other two orbs are behind the desk under the microwave and under the counter under the chalk board.
