If you have a decent amount of cards, you can do this very quickly and reliably in Score Attack mode.
1) Select the level Soviet Installation.
2) Select a master outfit card where everything is unlocked. You need the Deadly Force skill in order to kill someone with a bottle.
3) Start the mission and kill the first guard that appears as you like.
4) You will then sneak up behind a log in front of which two guards will have a conversation. There are two bottles besides the log which you use in the main storyline to distract the guards. Take a bottle and and wait until the leftmost guard turns his back.
5) Sneak up behind him quickly and spam execute. Achievement will then pop.
