Simply keep playing online matches until you get an ELO rating of 1250+.
You start with an ELO rating of 1200, so, if you are good at this game, you shouldn't have to spend too much time to get this achievement.
Personally, I was lucky enough to be able to unlock this achievement after winning my first online match with a score of 58.
