Also, if you island hop a bunch, you can easily go 10 days just eating the small / large crabs, or boar meats for the 10 days without much effort. Especially if you find a string of small islands, spend 2 days on each one, build a smoker on each so the meat will be preserved, find the sunken loot while stuff is cooking and then off to the next one.
