It's relatively easy to get with Defect, if you manage to obtain Creative AI (adds a random power card in the beginning of each turn).
Simply keep going until you have 10 powers activated at once, taking into account that only buffs (positive powers) count.
If you're short, you can use potions for additional powers (e.g. Strength or Dexterity).
