The cards that generate Shivs are:

- Infinite Blades - adds a Shiv at the start of your turn
- Cloak and Dagger - adds 1 Shiv (2 Shivs if upgraded)
- Blade Dance - adds 3 Shivs (4 Shivs if upgraded)

You can either collect enough of these cards in your hand until you are able to have 10 Shiv at the same time (e.g. Blade Dance+ + Cloak and Dagger+ + 2x Infinite Blades executed beforehand). But be sure to discard all the other cards, as you can't have more than 10 cards in your hand.

Another great way to achieve this is to use Storm of Steel (discards your hand, and adds as many Shivs as there are cards in your hand). Simply accumulate 10 cards in your hand by using cards like Backflip and Acrobatics, then discard your hand with Storm of Steel, and play 10 Shivs.
