Jump from the top of the building you had to climb to get Icarus. Charge your claw attack to the max right after you jump, and while gliding use all of the dashes you have. Try to land on a street, and not a building or even a car for that matter. The achievement should pop when you touch the ground, unless for me, that was exactly the 25th second
