Use the elevator to get to the top of the skyscraper in Goat City Bay. Jump off the roof by the sea to get to the second roof half way down. On the side of the small pool/large hot tub you'll find a towel with '42' on it. Take it up to the space ship behind the skate park near the damn. Enjoy the surprise.
