    Partway through Fallout 4 in September, TSA stopped working for me (should be 100% now).
    I'm at 46/52 in Silksong so far and none of those are syncing either. I tried "Request scanner update" on each and re-scanned. It said the scan was successful, but they still aren't updating.
    Thanks for any help you can provide!

    --Edit: In my case, I had to uncheck the checkbox for 'Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details.'

    Thanks! I'm not sure how much detail they provided, but here's what I'm seeing:

    Game Summary Page - Jon the Hoff's achievements in Phasmophobia

    Achievement Count 53/54 - Correct
    Achievement Won Statuses - Incorrect
    Achievement Name/Unlock Date - Mismatch
    Achievement Unlock Dates - Some Missing

    Achievement Detail page - Shows correct information for all achievements.

    Escape Artist - Shows unlocked on the summary page 13 December at 00:27 EST. Shows unlocked on the achievement detail page 08 May at 23:28 EST. -
    PhasmophobiaThe Secret Achievement achievement in Phasmophobia worth 24 pointsContinue playing to unlock this secret achievement


    Taking All Challenges - Shows as locked on the summary page. Shows unlocked on the achievement detail page 13 December at 00:27 EST. -

    I finally went back and got the Go Outside achievement for The Stanley Parable, and the scanners won’t pick it up for some reason.

    Hello! The Tisn't the Season achievement on Costume Quest seems to be not tracking correctly. I got in on Christmas day, and it doesn't show on the site, despite showing achievements I've gotten on a couple other games recently. I had the scanner do a run now, but it still doesn't seem to have worked. Cheers!

    Hello,

    I recently made an account to join a leaderboard with friends, but the scanner (or alternatively, my account) seems malfunctioning. I am able to access my games via Game Collection, but it's not been able to scan any playtimes, achievements or any other data.

    Latest scan (approx 1:34 GMT 17/01/26) shows I have a linked, valid and un-privated account

    Hello,

    I have a couple of games not scanning. The entire The Asylum game and the DLC for the Idle Heroes of the Forgotten Realms is also not scanning for me. No other issues. Thank you.

    Hi,

    I think your username may be incorrect? It's showing you as "Nachostyle" (your old username) but your Steam account is "Dr. Foreman". Admittedly I don't know how the scanners work, so that might not be it, but it's something to look into.

    I haven't hopped on this site in a while and looks like my profile last updated in 2023, I tried scanning a few times but nothing is updated on this end. My profile is public and I updated steam.

    I've seen reports to set your account to private and do a scan, and then set it to public to do another scan.

    I've also seen someone recommend popping an achievement since your last scan to update it as well.

    Hello,

    For some reason I can't seem to see the new achievements I have achieved on my profile from 'Cell to Singularity.' The website itself reads the new achievement in the update from a month or 2 ago and when I go to the page it is correct about me needing 7 achievements left for completion but my page itself doesn't show the ones I got or the points I earned for it.

    I don't see them on your wall, but it does look like they're unlocked on your profile like you said. There's some features on the site that don't work perfectly, I'm hoping that some of these things will get fixed.

    I also don't have any privacy settings on on steam.
    This video is Screensaver, are you sure it's right one?

    That reply was for Darth, his account hasn't updated in a long time because his privacy settings were changed. Thanks for the heads up on the video link, I don't know how that happened.
