    To buy a hat go into the hat shop on the main street across from the skyscraper, leave some cash at the till, then lick a hat before the timer runs out. There are 6 hats.

    Two stacks of cash are in the pink house with the large pool.
    Two stacks of cash are in the upper floor of the skyscraper on the far side.
    One stack of cash is in the shop next door behind the counter.
    One stack of cash is behind the elevator for the roller coaster.
