In the White Xmas job, complete the heist on the Death Wish difficulty or above while each crew member wears a different "2014 Xmas" mask each. Unlocks the "Almir's Beard" mask.

How to unlock the Riders On the Snowstorm achievement

    The masks needed for this achievement are Krampus, Mechanical Santa, Mrs. Claus, and The Strinch. They can all be found on the Normal tab of the Mask Stash.

    This achievement can be completed solo by equipping your AI crew with the necessary masks.
