While in the
Freight Line during your first visit, you will come across a section with a large metal crate, and some levers to control. While there is an athletics check for the crate, passing the test does nothing but give a paltry amount of experience. Instead, use the lever controls to pick up the crate, then move it to the top-right corner where an enforcer is crouched down. Use the largest lever on the right to lower the crate onto him, earning the achievement.
