I did some testing and there are 2 ways I found that you can earn this achievement.
Method 1:
You start a new game and with the help of the save features battle your way to the end.
Method B:
You can actually just level select the last level, beat it, and get the achievement.
Just really depends on what kind of achievement hunter you want to be.
