Or, create a custom character in central Africa that follows one of the pagan religions there to have all holy sites close by. Give the character Martial Education, the Forder, Pilgrim and Hajji traits, Hausa culture, at least 21 years old and put all the remaining points into Stewardship to have the most travel speed. Take the Organized March lifestyle perk.
Note: You must start a couple of pilgrimages for each holy site, one at a time, walking passing every holy site in one single pilgrimage does not count.
