Keep doing the bounties on the board until you get this achievement. You unlock a recipe each time you do a bounty.
To check how many recipes you have left go to the alien storage area and go to the screen in the main hub. Click recipes on that and you can see how many you hav left.
If you unlock every recipe but the achievement doesn’t pop just do a few more bounties and then it will. (That’s what happened to me)
