This is the fastest way to get the achievement:
Make sure you have at least 40 in Dialog skills.
Obtain the Holographic Shroud. It can be found in your room on the Unreliable.
Go to the Medical Bay in the Groundbreaker.
Obtain Mardet ID Cartridge. It can be found on top of a table at the end, right beside the restricted entrance.
Enter the restricted area.
Once the Holographic Shroud engages the disguise, start sprinting around to deplete the pink bar.
When the disguise bar runs out, a guard will speak to you, use one of the Dialog options.
Repeat 2 more times for the achievement to pop.
