    Actions
    An easy way to find a Deerclops is to simply craft its summon item: Deer Thing

    Go to a Demon/Crimson Altar with the following items:
    • 3 Flinx Fur: Obtained from Snow Flinxes, which can be found in the Ice biome in the Cavern layer.
    • 5 Crimtane or Demonite Ore: Demonite ore is dropped by Eye of Cthulhu and Eater of Worlds in Corruption worlds, and by Eye of Cthulhu and Brain of Cthulhu in Crimson worlds.
    • 5 Lens: Dropped by Demon Eyes and Wandering Eyes.
    Once you have the item, you must go to an Ice or Snow biome in order to summon it.

    Deerclops is a pre-hardmode mode. So having pre-hardmode gear or better is recommended, as well as at least 300 health.
