This will probably be your last achievement unlocked (excluding the "get all achievements" one) because of how long it takes.
Each delivery has a category attached to it that it'll give most likes to, and the icons on the delivery list signify which category it's in. Here's a list of descriptions of the icons and what the deliveries are like, so you can recognize them:
- Cargo condition: Hands holding a box. Most fragile deliveries will be in this category, unless they're also timed or something.
- Delivery Volume: Several boxes piled up. Deliveries with a lot of crates (maybe like any above 5?) will be this category.
- Miscellaneous: Box surrounded by arrows. Main missions will usually be in this category, as well as any that need you to retrieve items from mule camps or hard to reach areas. You'll get this without trying, because almost everything you do gives a bit of misc likes.
- Delivery Time: Clock icon. These will have a time limit, so usually you can't multitask them with other deliveries. That's why it'll also likely be the last category you get to 60. When doing other achievements, try to remember timed deliveries that you think are easy and grind them repeatedly once you're done with all other achievements. I recommend the timed delivery from the doctor to the distro center north of mountain knot city because it gives around 2 levels per premium run, but it requires that you build the road that goes between them.
- There's also Bridge Link, which is based on how much you interact with other players. Build roads and sensible buildings (like ziplines with good sightlines, or bridges from preppers to the nearest road), and put down signs. You'll gain bridge link likes as other players use your roads/buildings or give likes to your buildings/signs.
