The Achievement/Trophy "Making Peace" that you can get in Psychonauts 2, can only be done after you finish the main adventure of the game. When you have completed it, go back and talk to Raz's father who is at the Questionable Area, then go and talk to Nona who is waiting for you in the wooden house in the Green Needle Gulch.
