Quite tricky to hit in your first season as your 2nd driver won't have the ability to score points and generally the Mercedes will take 1-2 or 2-3 if you win.
A method to get this in your first season is to put vehicle damage on to Off in the Session Options, set the AI to Very Easy. During the race you can spin the Mercedes cars quite easily without receiving penalties by nudging their back tyres. You should be able to get 26 points per race by getting fastest lap and the win with the Mercs finishing towards the back. Do this for a few races a season and you should pull ahead quite far in the Constructors Championship. If the Red Bulls start catching up, do a few races to them too.
