There are multiple video guides you can find for this achievement.
However, the easiest method to beat this is on Logs where you can take advantage of the plentiful blocked sightlines, along with the long track. Use a monkey sub until you can afford the helicopter monkey, using Geraldo for support. Once you have the helicopter, upgrade the sub to 3-0-0 and only surface it when there are too many bloons for your helicopter to handle. Make sure to re-submerge it after so it doesn't steal pops. Use the Pickle Jar and Gerry's Hot Sauce when needed for extra pops on the sub (pre-helicopter only), then the helicopter. Work on getting the Helicopter to 5-0-2, since that tower will solo with the 2-4-0 Monkey Village ability and the 0-4-0 Engineer that you will place behind a log, along with Geraldo. Make sure to place the foam off the track to avoid pops.
This strategy makes the achievement actually pretty easy to get.
