On The Crafting Machine, At The Back Of Your Escape Pod, You Can Craft Items (Like The Lighter) For Resources.
For Instance: The Lighter Costs 10 Minerals To make, While the Upgraded Sock Puppet Breaks Down Into 30 Minerals.
Break Down The Sock Puppet, Then You Can Then Make The Lighter AND Still Have 20 Minerals To Spare.
Creating A Total Of 10 Items This Way, Will Net You The Achievement.
Side-Note: You Can not make Items You Already Have. So You must lose your Lighter or Break it down to craft another one.
