The cage with the monkey who always order food (kamikaze chicken wings etc) and where Josh comes twice a day; through the in-game internet search tool, find the restaurant number via the menu items and the monkey's name via internet search as well.
Call the restaurant, since they wont deliver to new customers tell them you are that person and that you order "the usual". After a while the delivery will get there and you unlock the achievement.
