How to unlock the Legend achievement

    You need to be at level 78 and have the Dawnguard DLC installed.

    Travel to Arcwind Point (Rift Area). That's a spawn point that surely has one Legendary Dragon.

    You can also find them roaming in Skyrim on their nests, but it has a chance of spawning it. I find it easier to go Arcwind Point.

    Slay it and get the achievement.
