You'll get this achievement naturally during the Grand Campaign. If you want to earn a lot, you can get this quickly playing as the Dwarves. Build a few income buildings in several settlements and you'll get this really quickly. During a single Grand Campaign you'll probably get over 20k per turn as income, as long as you keep obtaining new settlements with room for your income buildings
