Start a Grand Campaign playing as the Dwarves. Whilst occuyping settlements be on the lookout of settlements where you can build an Ale Store. Upgrade these two or three times and eventually you'll produce more than 100 beers per turn.
You can always destroy the buildings again after you got the achievement, but since they are a good resource building for the Dwarves, you can also keep them.
