After you bought your first garage, drive a bit away from it.
Enter the main menu/pauze menu. Now select company manager at the bottom right. Choose garages (the top option) and select your garage in the list. Finally, press fast travel (or whats it called in your language) at the bottom right, and you will teleport back to your garage.
The achievement should then unlock
