Go to the store in town where you buy all your supplies (the one with the gas station beside it) and punch the window. Make sure it shatters. Be warned, you will be charged 2760 to repair it so its better to do this in a new game. MAKE SURE THIS IS DURING THE DAY WHEN ITS OPEN as breaking it at night unlocks a different achievement.
