For this achievement, you have to get to chapter 5. Each chapter has 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. It isn't five of these (this would take you to chapter 2.2). To get this achievement, you have to win chapter 5 - 5.1-5.3. This chapter is called Meet the Propaniacs. Once you move onto chapter 6 (McStroke), the achievement should pop.
