Simply raise your player level to level 200. It's much easier than it sounds.
If you have all DLC characters (up to and including Kolin,) beating the base-game story mode with everybody will get you to level 192. This should only take a couple hours at most. After that, just beat a couple ranked matches or play survival mode to gain the last 8 levels.
