You'll probably earn this just by playing through the regular levels, but if not an easy solution is to take an early level and just add in a series of 'jump' statements that jump to the next line (essentially these will do nothing).
I'd double check what your goal is ahead of time and count them out, maybe add a couple extra just to be safe. I did it on floor 1 or 2 so the size challenge is relatively low, that way you're only adding maybe 9 or 10 statements.
