This will most likely be the first achievement that you win in Doom, unless you dive straight into multiplayer or SnapMap. It is awarded for simply completing the first level of the campaign. Note that the first mission is interrupted by a brief title sequence when you enter a lift - the level continues on for quite a while after the title sequence and the achievement will pop at the end of the level.
