To win you need to find Baeloth the Entertainer and convince him to join your party.
So:
- You must be at least level 5
- Go to Larswood (southeast of Friendly Arm Inn, north of Temple)
- In Larswood go to x=2070, y=2850 (south, near a tower). [Press 'x' to see mouse position]
- Baeloth should appear, and a little cinematic will begin
- Choose all 1 options of conversation
- He will join your party
