Join a game hosted by someone else, and wait some time (at least 5-10 minutes). Server must have table flipping off. When you try to flip the table it will fail and achievement will unlock.
Hoff16Confirmed that this works. Flip table will change after 5-10 min from greyed out to selectable, once you press it the achievement will pop.
