To earn this achievement you need to leave the Dragon Tooth's Sword behind before leaving Hong Kong.

At the end of Chapter 6 save before you speak to Jock (he will be landed in Tracer Tong's courtyard) and throw your Dragon Tooth's Sword away or drop it from your inventory and then speak to him. Once you have your achievement you can reload your save and take the sword with you.
