2 0 1Easy with a speedster, simply enter a race and earn 1st place. If you're having difficulty, simply complete a couple races to memorize the course and avoid running into obstacles. Eventually you should get it. Did mine in Metropolis near the Amazon quests. Did it on first try and had never tried the racing before either. Only had 4-5 seconds left but got it done.
