This achievement is earned by throwing a dead or unconscious body from a very high altitude. High enough that the body explodes to pieces when it hits the ground.

I earned this in chapter 6 by killing Maggie Chow, breaking one of the windows to her apartment next to where she is sitting and proceeding to throw her body out of it.
