Start the game and fly all the way up to the top where the game ends. Full description in the spoiler tag below.

When the game goes back to the main menu you will see credits at the bottom. Click the credits and the achievement will unlock.

EDIT: Added from comments. If the game crashes at this point, restart the game, and the credits link will still be showing. Click it and you'll still get the achievement.

Zilodacovacan confirm 5 years later the game still crashes when clicking credits. Just reopen and click credits again, should work
