Easily achieved in the demolition derby in the third area; simply hold your car in front of the entryway and jump as the police car gets near. Sometimes it will go in the slot and be destroyed almost insantly, other times you'll have to jump back and forth a few times to kill it, but you can avoid damage pretty easily.
